Mischa Barton to Accept Plea in DUI Case

The actress, who was arrested in December for DUI, will reportedly plead “no contest” at her arraignment on Thursday, and will agree to serve a three-year unsupervised probation term. Mischa Barton was sentenced to three years of unsupervised probation in a Beverly Hills courtroom Thursday in her DUI case.

Mischa Barton, 22, was ordered to complete a three-month alcohol-education class and pay a fine of approximately $2,000.
